TERMS & CONDITIONS — REIKI SERVICES

1. General Information

Reiki is a complementary therapy designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare.

By booking a session with Galaxia Healing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after sessions.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information on your client form
  • Inform me of any relevant medical conditions or changes
  • Seek medical advice from a qualified professional where necessary

Reiki sessions are intended to support wellbeing, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

3. Consent to Treatment

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You understand the nature of Reiki healing
  • You consent to receive energy healing
  • You are participating voluntarily

You may stop a session at any time.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance
  • Payment terms (add your preference):
    • Full payment before session / deposit required / pay on the day

Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received (if applicable).

 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of payment or deposit
  • Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded

 6. Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki is offered as an alternative to in-person sessions.

By booking, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand how distance Reiki works
  • You consent to receiving energy healing remotely

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with data protection regulations.

Your information will:

  • Only be used for your sessions
  • Not be shared without your consent

 8. Liability Disclaimer

Galaxia Healing is not liable for:

  • Any decisions made following a session
  • Any outcomes relating to your personal wellbeing

Reiki is provided as a supportive, complementary practice only.
